A Passion for Beauty

Welcome to Glam’d by Trina!! I am a freelance makeup artist located in Houston, TX. My love for all things beauty began as a child. As a young child, I made it known to my parents that I wanted to work in the beauty industry. My desires to be in the beauty industry were diverted by my parents and I was encouraged to find a more stable career. Yet and still, my love and passion for beauty and makeup never went away. As a young adult, I simultaneously became a mother, worked full time and obtained my bachelor’s degree in Business Management. All the while, I continued to work on and perfect my artistry. My start as a freelance makeup artist began with family members, friends, and church members asking me to do their makeup for weddings, homecomings, proms, or other events. This encouraged me to step out on faith and start my own business. My goal is to make women feel and look beautiful by simply enhancing their natural beauty.
